WE DID IT!
First and foremost if you are even able to see and read this from our team
to you THANK YOU! No really don’t laugh, “Thank You”. We have been
through a lot in these past 4 years as a company. I still remember that day
sitting in my basement thinking about life, my family, my sons, my wife and
just thinking…what next? I was happy with my day job and my children
were finally out of the house, but like many I just had this void. I kept feeling
like there was more I should be doing. It was really my wife, Jewel, who set
this all in motion. It was her words that night that really started this.

So that is exactly what I did. Although in the beginning I could not decide if I enjoyed the eating more or the cooking 😊. Enough of memory lane, 10,000
pieces of fried chicken, 230,000 slices of fruit, over 7,200 mouths fed, and countless hours of prep, smoked salmon, slow cooked pork, rental trucks, long
days, and later nights has all been worth it for these:
The smiles of people happy because of the experience we created and food they tasted.
My kids tell me now its time to step into the digital world so here goes a shot in the dark at the digital age. Now, Its only right we end this the way we began. so
